FGC Creative, based in Dubuque, IA, is a company of nine smart, hardworking individuals who are able to build websites, design graphics, market on social media, and screen print custom apparel.
What products will be available for sale?
CovidRelief.com will be offering screen printed t-shirts for sale during this fundraiser.
Who will be screen printing the Covid Relief T-shirts?
All T-Shirts have been designed and screen printed by FGC Creative
Who will the fulfillment, order processing, and shipping be managed by?
FGC Creative located in Dubuque, IA will handle all production, order processing and fulfillment.
Who long will it take to produce and ship my order?
Orders will be printed and shipped within 3-4 business days after order is received.
What shipping service will be shipping orders?
USPS will be handling all shipping and tracking for CovidRelief.com
Can I exchange or return my order if it is the wrong size or I decide to not want to participate with the CovidRelief.com fundraiser?
All sales are final. Please make sure you order the correct size before checking out.
We will offer returns and replacements to any item that was shipped in error by FGC Creative
